Brought my car in to have the thermostat replaced and was over-billed 1.6 hours worth of labor charge (over a $200 difference). When I pointed this out to the dealership they would not refund the difference. The customer service is terrible, especially in this situation where the management was rude and unreasonable. My recommendation to anyone is to stay away from this dealership for repairs and search out a good independent BMW garage. I originally purchased my BMW from this dealership. After this incident I refuse to give them any more business and have been spreading the word around to friend/family regarding their unfair practices. THE SHORT ANSWER IS STAY AWAY - THIS DEALERSHIP WILL CHEAT YOU IF GIVEN THE CHANCE.
