Review content:
Went in to get my car checked for failure to start. Once they see you can't get the car started they got you by the balls. They charged $145 to ""diagnose"" the car after I told them exactly what's wrong with the car. They charge $800 for a thermostat. Their reason, it's genuine BMW not OEM. I looked at various auto parts for ""genuine BMW"" the part is $35 They quote $400 for the part and $200 labor. Then they say it'll be ready by the end of the day, then you get call saying it wont be ready until the next day.
