My experience at BMW in alhambra is great. they are always so friendly and stright forward. the day i call them is the day i get my car problems fixed, they are just willing to bend over backwards. The sales guy who has sold me a number of cars is the same one I always contact and he refers me to the various other parts of the lot...his name is Hamlet. Hamlet has been there for a long time and knows a lot about the cars and is great at what he does.
