We live in a building at 166 West 72nd St in NYC in a 1 bedroom paying $2800/month. This is on the high end of 1 bedroom prices in this area. There is 1 passenger elevator in this 12 story building that has been broken for 5 months. The landlord acts as though they are annoyed when asked about the repair. There has been no visible attempt at repairing it nor will they respond when asked when it will be repaired. The office staff is extremely rude and incompetent.
Don't rent an apt from this company!
