Review content:
I was clearly told that it would cost $130 to replace the plastic part of the radiator in my car. I was told the breakdown of fees as follows: $35 for parts, $10 for shipping the parts, $85 for labor. I said ""so, about $130 then?"" and the employee said ""that's right."" So I took my car in the very next day. One week later, they called, said the car was done and the total comes to $308. I asked why it wasn't the $130 he had quoted and he said ""it took longer than one hour of labor, so we added two more hours."" I asked for a manager but that didn't get me anywhere. When I mentioned that I would file with the local chapter of the bureau, he said that ""this call is over"" and he would just talk to the moderator that called. He then added that I wouldn't see my car until I paid the full $308. I feel that I was wronged. I realized that I should have asked for a written estimate, but it is too late for me! I am hoping I can prevent someone else from feelin this way. Buyer Beware!
Cons: Inaccurate estimate, condescending treatment.
