Best thing about this job is the benefits and your co-workers. The boss is a foul mouthed individual with an ill temper and you will find blatent favoritism and descrimination. The pay is poor and raises are usually no more than .25. Expect to start at less than $10 per hour and not to reach that after a year. bonuses are given on an individual level and are not the same for everyone. You will be terminated if you discuss the bonus or your pay.. Come to think of it, you will be terminated for any little thing they can find although you will see others get by with the same thing. Even leads can do worse than you and be rewarded with trips to Colorado. the Human resources Director will belittle you and convieniently lose your paperwork when it suits her.. They will lie about your hours, and overwork you and refuse you time for your family.. I would NEVER work there again and tell everyone I meet about the horror stories from the warehouse. Pros: benefits are good. co-workers are friendly Cons: low pay, little chance for advancement or raises, blatent favoritism
