Here's my story about Advanced Heating and Cooling.
Customer Service is terrible at Advanced Heating and Cooling. The service manager TJ was extremely rude and raised his voice multiple times over the phone to both myself and my wife regarding a disputed service call and charges. I guess he forgot who the customer is...
Our furnace (which they have done the cleanings for the past 4years) was impacted with soot and basically needed a heavy duty cleaning. Unfortunately this occurred on a Sunday morning in sub 20 degree weather with 2 infants in the house where we had no choice but to have the service on a Sunday. 2 hours later a $800 bill appears. Parts were only $16 but Labor was $190hr + travel time. Next scheduled cleaning was a month away! Basically the technician did a heavy duty cleaning. Other certified HVAC technicians have said that the previous years cleaning was not done properly and likely contributed to this condition.
When I called to ask about the previous cleaning and effect on this condition TJ said ""life's not fair"" and that ""it is not his problem"". This attitude is indicative of how they seem to run the business and I would not recommend using Advanced Heating and Cooling for any HVAC needs. It's just not worth it. Nobody needs to be treated like that.
