Always good prices: I always get a fair and low, competitive price from advanced, even in the winter with the cap plan I always get the lowest price possible, even if it's below my cap! The people there work hard to make sure you are happy, and you can really tell its a small company because everyone is so personable and pays extra attention to anyone who needs it! more

Great summer with advanced fuel. Even though it's not heating season they offer great a/c customer service with what they call a preventative maintenance"". It cost about $150, but I have it done every other year or so and my unit is never failing to provide me with the cool air I so desperately want in summer. more

Extremely rude customer service would best describe as ""none"". Phone reps give the impression they are doing you a favor. Very rude and unable to get an honest answer about expected oil delivery. Ran out of fuel when it was frigid, near zero outside. It was a Friday and still didn't know if the oil was going to be delivered. Finally, delivery came at the end of the day. It was very stressful. No good paying customer should put up with the total lack of professionalism this company allows their front desk people to dish out to customers. Front desk people think they know your oil usage better than you. Life circumstances change, i.e., new baby, elderly parents, etc., whether temps change, this company stays the same gives no consideration to customer concerns. Here's my story about Advanced Heating and Cooling. Customer Service is terrible at Advanced Heating and Cooling. The service manager TJ was extremely rude and raised his voice multiple times over the phone to both myself and my wife regarding a disputed service call and charges. I guess he forgot who the customer is... Our furnace (which they have done the cleanings for the past 4years) was impacted with soot and basically needed a heavy duty cleaning. Unfortunately this occurred on a Sunday morning in sub 20 degree weather with 2 infants in the house where we had no choice but to have the service on a Sunday. 2 hours later a $800 bill appears. Parts were only $16 but Labor was $190hr + travel time. Next scheduled cleaning was a month away! Basically the technician did a heavy duty cleaning. Other certified HVAC technicians have said that the previous years cleaning was not done properly and likely contributed to this condition. When I called to ask about the previous cleaning and effect on this condition TJ said ""life's not fair"" and that ""it is not his problem"". This attitude is indicative of how they seem to run the business and I would not recommend using Advanced Heating and Cooling for any HVAC needs. It's just not worth it. weel the year has ended and we are mid way through the winter,again ADVANCED FUEL did not dissapoint. Fair Prices and great service...unless you are a disgruntled ex employee or a dead beat customer...you know the type that calls for service,is made aware of the charges ,then after services are preformed you want to complain about the price...those types of people will not be satisfied w/ advanced...they refuse to tolerate that type of customer and those customers can go elsewhere.My experiences w/ T.J. have been wonderful Pros: very fair copany exellant service Cons: not the cheapest in town more
