Very bad service. They asked me to be at home between 8am and 7pm to sign for a package and I have a job. They wouldn't let me explain that I can't be there at a certain time. instead of leaving a number to contact they left a UPS sticky not with nothing filled out on it but the package number. I tried to look UPS up online and i called their phone number and there is just a busy signal when you call. I finally got some one on the phone after going through calling their 1 800 number and the lady i talked to was very rude and didn't care. My package contained a $7,000 dollar insulin pump and she could care less. service was horrible. obviously the employees are just trying to get through another day for a paycheck.
Pros: we complained hard and they got the package to us in five minutes
Cons: horrible service
