Ups Customer Ctr

I do alot of orders from Virginia that goes thru Memphis to were I live in Houston. Everytime I track my packages it stays a very long time in Memphis. and I end up getting it on a Tuesday when my tracker from corporate says its destination time is for friday delivery. Something is wrong in Memphis and they got to fix it soon! I wish could give them 0 stars, but only have option for one to five stars! Very disappointed with this Memphis hub, they are making me lose money!! more

On January 7, 2010, UPS mistakenly delivered a package I had shipped to a UPS store to the Williams-Sonoma distribution center at 4300 Concorde Road in Memphis, Tennessee. The package was clearly marked with the name of the friend I was mailing the package to, as well as the UPS box number and complete address of the UPS Store where it was supposed to be delivered; however, the driver either could not read or did not care (or both) and left the package at Williams-Sonoma. Pros: Absolutely none Cons: Lost/incorrectly delivered packages, poor customer service more

Very bad service. They asked me to be at home between 8am and 7pm to sign for a package and I have a job. They wouldn't let me explain that I can't be there at a certain time. instead of leaving a number to contact they left a UPS sticky not with nothing filled out on it but the package number. I tried to look UPS up online and i called their phone number and there is just a busy signal when you call. I finally got some one on the phone after going through calling their 1 800 number and the lady i talked to was very rude and didn't care. My package contained a $7,000 dollar insulin pump and she could care less. service was horrible. obviously the employees are just trying to get through another day for a paycheck. Pros: we complained hard and they got the package to us in five minutes Cons: horrible service more
