Howell's Furniture Galleries is the best furniture store in southeast Texas. There is a huge selection to choose from, and a great friendly staff. Some people just have to complain about something. They weren't the only ones affected by the hurricane... including myself, and Howell's. It was a brand new store right before the hurricane, and it got messed up pretty bad. They had mold just like everyone else. They had their own problems to deal with, than to worry about someone who was getting furniture that their insurance was paying for from the hurricane when I'm sure their own furniture wasn't near as nice. There is always someone who is going to want more than the extra they're already getting. Who care that you had to sleep on the floor? Many people had to sleep on the floor and aren't complaining. Think about all of the people who don't even have a house with a floor, because the hurricane took theirs away. No one cares about your little problems, so why don't you stop trying to make others suffer for your loss, just because you had a bad experience or a bad day. Thanks.
Pros: parking and location is perfect. fast friendly service.
Cons: negative people that have nothing better to do than complain. none that work there of course.
