i got my shih tzu and cocker spaniel groomed and they look perfect. no other groomer ever gets my instructions right and they were right on!! they are also very freindly and polite - another thing that never happened at other groomers i've tried. i read the other review and when i was there the doors were wide open and i caught them cuddling w/ my dog!! lots and lots of stuff to buy there too! i could spend my whole paycheck at this place!!
Pros: fast appointment - great work
Cons: only open 8-5 mon thru sat
