Caring, Helpful, Loving 7/5/2011

My 14 year old dog has difficulty walking. The staff saw me struggling to get poor Bandit into their shop for a manny and a peddy. Two workers came out and clipped his nails right on the sidewalk as well as dremmling them so he can walk more easily. Audrey then helped me get my beloved pet back in the car. What more could you ask of a service provider! No extra charge either. The spaniel's hair will grow back but you can't price the extra TLC they provided to an old dog and his struggling owner. Disappointed... 6/6/2011

I made an appt for my Cocker Spaniel and when we arrived I was asked how I wanted I him cut. I told the woman at the front desk that he needed trimmed at the top of his head, his tail and his legs. Maybe I didn't make myself clear but i never said to use a set a trimmers and take all his fur off. When i came back to pick him up they pretty much buzzed him everywhere, the only reason he still looked like somewhat of a cocker spaniel was his longer ears, even though they cut those up too :( more

In regard to the first comment - I am currently a worker at the Pampered Pet and the Kennel Klub and can vouch for the fact that we do not abuse our animals. For goodness sakes the Pampered Pet is a school. Who would abuse animals? This grooming center does amazing work and the groomers are awesome! The doors are only ever closed because the dogs get extremely excited when they can see their owners and it makes it difficult to groom them when they are excited. WE ALL love our dogs!!! more

i got my shih tzu and cocker spaniel groomed and they look perfect. no other groomer ever gets my instructions right and they were right on!! they are also very freindly and polite - another thing that never happened at other groomers i've tried. i read the other review and when i was there the doors were wide open and i caught them cuddling w/ my dog!! lots and lots of stuff to buy there too! i could spend my whole paycheck at this place!! Pros: fast appointment - great work Cons: only open 8-5 mon thru sat more

AMAZING! 9/22/2009

i always frequent here with my dog as do my family members. every time my dog walks in lookin a mess it always comes out looking like a million bucks. couldnt be more happy with their service prices are reasonably and all employees have an upbeat happy attitude. another thing that makes me comfortable with taking my dog there is how excited her gets to go there he practicaly drags me through the doors. then when its time to pick up he drags me back to the grooming area! he loves them! :-) Pros: dog looks amazing upon completion more
