I'ved lived in about 8 different cities, and I can honestly say this is the worst apartment complex I've lived in. I received two eviction threats when rent was 1 day late. I mistakenly received two rental violations that were for my neighbor. The owners wants this place to be a slum.
Also, the rental violations I mistakenly received were for ridiculous stuff like shoes and a chair on the back porch. They do monthly visual inspections of your back porch apparently and had a bad layout schematic.
