Review content:
I went to this shoddy establishment today with a swollen, sprained ankle. I should have known better after they misdiagnosed my father's fractured forearm as a bruise and then called him the next day to say they misread the x-ray, but it was the closest medical office to my house. DR. SHAW came into the exam room, confirmed my name and oddly, place of work, and continually interrupted me as I explained what had happened and where I was experiencing pain. Without even looking at or examining my ankle he sent me to xray, where the very nice and lovely staff treated me. I assumed that he would take more of an interest after he had seen the xrays, but again did not even look at my ankle. In fact, he saw that I was in a great deal of pain, sweating and breathing heavy and simply asked, ""are you okay?"" Of course I said no, I am in a lot of pain, and he said "" well it wasn't broken"" and told me that because I had been on a sleeping medication I must have slept on it wrong. He wrote me a script for an anti-inflammatory and said, ""alright, you can leave whenever"" without offering the assistance of a wheelchair which he saw me pushed back to xray in. I ended up going to the ER and getting a water splint and a doctor that actually looked at and touched my ankle. The staff was very nice, but DR. SHAW was by far the worst MD I have ever and will ever hope to encounter. Avoid at all costs.
