Review content:
This guy is so rude it is incredible, and he does not take any pride in his work. I mean, the hostility was at a truly toxic level. He refused outright to polish this one pair of shoes I brought in. It is not clear to me why. He was just like, ""I cannot do anything with these! Take them home!"" Then I left another pair of boots to have a zipper fixed and to be resoled. He marked them on the sole where they needed fixing. When I came back a week later, he had fixed the zipper but claimed that this was all I had asked him to do. He just totally lied! The soles were still half-worn away and had his markings on them indicating where he was supposed to have fixed them. It was $25 for the fixed zipper, which looked OK, but slightly uneven. Next time I would go into Manhattan rather than leave anything with him.
