Do not ever go to this dealership. they made a deal with me told me what my monthly payments would be with 1000 dollars down and that I wouldn't have to have a cosigner. I even signed some papers to make the process go faster the next day. they put a dealer tag on let me take it that night. Got off work early the next day to go put the down payment down they tell me I can't do it now without a cosigner or putting more money down. When just the day before said they could. We couldn?t do that so we were mad but went to get everything out of the car my boyfriend is speaking his mind loudly but not directly talking to anyone. One of the employee's that had not even dealt with us came up running his mouth and said well you should pay your payments on time which was not even the situation because i do pay my payments i have a good credit score more than what the average American's is. He got in my boyfriends face arguing with him and was threatening to kick his butt. I asked the employee to PLEASE just walk away he rudely said no he would not walk away to just get my stuff which i was already doing till he came over there. The other employees were just standing around letting there coworker do this. I work in the customer service business and this was so unprofessional. I think the employee should be fired but probably won't be by the way they acted. This was a horrible experience and I will let people know how this dealership is and how they treated us. Yes my boyfriend was loud and upset over them not keeping there deal, but the employee was VERY out of line and shouldn't have even said anything to us. Well that was my experience with Tim Marbuger in concord so you make your choice.
