DO NOT USE SAM MILLER CARPET!!!!! We have had a horrible experience. The worst tile job I have ever seen! Tile installer did not know what he was doing, and was not supervised. They are horrible with communication and give you the total run around. We have been fighting the battle for almost 2 years. Owner agreed to fix after we had to hire a 3rd party Industry Inspector to come in and inspect the job. They agreed to pay for the inpsector and to re do the job. He now says he will not re do nor pay for the inspector. Most unprofessional group of people I have ever encountered. Biggest mistake to choose them, paid for a professional job and got the most horrible job ever seen. Over 10,000 worth of tile! Stay away!
