They came to install carpet at my home. After the installation, I found an item was missing, and asked them if they would see if it had been stolen. In fact when I called back about a billing question, and asked about it, they said that yes, they had indeed asked and an installer had stolen my item. They told me who but never apologized or offered to fix things. I had to insist they take off $ to reimburse me the item. They did,but the customer service is horrible. I do give them credit for being honest, they could have been embarrassed and lied.
