After doing some research, I knew exactly what I was wanting to purchase. I went in there quite knowledgeable about what I was looking for and told the associate what I wanted. She was incredibly eager to get me everything and even offered some extra assistance on some merchandise. The next time I went in there, I was interested in purchasing some photoshop software, but I was not sure about which suite I should get. The gentleman I spoke with was not helpful, and kind of talked to me like I didn't know what I was talking about. WHICH I DIDN""T! But it would have been nice to get some help. The student discount is what keeps me going back... not the service.
Pros: Good price and selection
Cons: Customer Service.
