Businiess name:  Liberty Fence Co

Review content:
Recently I received a violation from the Town of Oyster Bay because the fence they installed was too high and not code compliant. Libery?s reply was that any permits needed is the responsibility of the buyer. I explained that I tired to get a permit but can't due to the height of the fence they installed. Liberty's response was to have a salesman try to rip me off for another $500 to correct their illegal work. They claim to be in business for over 30 years but are ignorant of the Town?s codes when it comes to fences. They just install whatever the customer wants, no matter how illegal it is. The manager even boosted that 99% of people don't get permits. Where is the Town of Oyster Bay now? Sounds like there is a problem here. Why is the homeowner suppose to know the contractor's trade? Talk about blaming the victim. Cons: too many to list
