I wouldn't suggest these guys in at all. Bernadette the ""part owner"" of the company feels that you should be thanking her for taking your money for services rendered. These guys have strung me and my husband along for 6 weeks now, claiming that our taxes would ship at the end of every week. Now, it's 3 days before tax day and nothing is finished. The only reason we didn't think to use someone else is because we have been going here for the past 5 years. That's right, the longer you do business at Maurice Joffe tax service the less valued you are. I would've been fine if they would've just said they didn't feel like doing our taxes from the start of this season. Instead they've been acting like they're working so hard to get it finished and haven't done anything.
Cons: The part owner of the company deosn't understand that the client's pay for the business to function.
