To say that this class has changed my life is a gross understatement. As a working mom of two little ones in a budget conscious, overstressed household, value and efficiency are necessary for my success. I have had a lifetime struggle with making fitness a part of my life, and this is the first thing that's ever kept my attention. With fun, diverse workouts that accommodate every fitness level, I have never felt bored or defeated. Every day is a better day for having gone to bootcamp! In my forties with two kids, and I have never been so in love with my own body - the results have been AWESOME!!!!
