Pinnacle Credit Service just appeared on my credit report as being seriously delinquent. I have no idea who they are, nor have I ever opened an account with them. They couldn't even contact me to give me a chance to clear things up. What kind of company is this? If I would have an past due account with them, wouldn't you think they would send me a letter, call me, etc. before reporting me to the Credit Bureaus? Now I am trying to get this cleared up, but still no response and it has been almost a month. Thanks to them my credit score dropped by 70 points. It really would have been nice if they would have contacted me first. But obviously they didn't think this was necessary. What does it matter to them if they ruin somebodies credit.? I would never do business with a company who very apparently don't give a damn out people.
