Their staff was very nice during the purchase and fittings of bridesmaid dresses and tuxes. However, right before the wedding, the bride was going to practice walking in her dress. She kept stepping and getting tangled almost to the point that she was going to fall. The maid of honor's dress ripped down the back by the zipper. Both had been altered by the Bridal Garden. A guest at the wedding had to be called to do what she could to get both dresses repaired enough for each girl to walk down the aisle. That is when we discovered a tear in the netting approximately 7 inches long in the bride's dress. While taking additional pictures after the service, the maid of honor's dress ripped out completely. She wasn't even able to wear it to the reception. When she took it back to the Bridal Garden and requested a refund, they we very rude and refused to refund any of her money. This included the $30 they charged to alter the dress prior to the ceremony. They charged $70 to alter the bride's dress. I would not recommend them for anything.
