I loved working with the sales staff at the Bridal Garden. They were very patient and cheerful with me and my matron of honor, and we found wonderful dresses. I have no complaints about that.
However, I was (and remain extremely unhappy) with the seamstress they use for their alterations. I lost ten pounds from the time I bought my dress, and though she took it in, she seemed unwilling to do the finishing touches that would have made it perfect. She didn't seem to care how important it was to me that it be right; she just wanted to get me out of there. I finally brought the dress home, and will be taking it to another seamstress.
