Bridal Garden

I loved working with the sales staff at the Bridal Garden. They were very patient and cheerful with me and my matron of honor, and we found wonderful dresses. I have no complaints about that. However, I was (and remain extremely unhappy) with the seamstress they use for their alterations. I lost ten pounds from the time I bought my dress, and though she took it in, she seemed unwilling to do the finishing touches that would have made it perfect. She didn't seem to care how important it was to me that it be right; she just wanted to get me out of there. I finally brought the dress home, and will be taking it to another seamstress. more

They had an excellent selection of dresses and even asked me to be in a bridal show! Very personable staff, who made me feel like I was the only person there! The best selection of dresses I have seen! more

Their staff was very nice during the purchase and fittings of bridesmaid dresses and tuxes. However, right before the wedding, the bride was going to practice walking in her dress. She kept stepping and getting tangled almost to the point that she was going to fall. The maid of honor's dress ripped down the back by the zipper. Both had been altered by the Bridal Garden. A guest at the wedding had to be called to do what she could to get both dresses repaired enough for each girl to walk down the aisle. That is when we discovered a tear in the netting approximately 7 inches long in the bride's dress. While taking additional pictures after the service, the maid of honor's dress ripped out completely. She wasn't even able to wear it to the reception. When she took it back to the Bridal Garden and requested a refund, they we very rude and refused to refund any of her money. This included the $30 they charged to alter the dress prior to the ceremony. They charged $70 to alter the bride's dress. I would not recommend them for anything. I went to the bridal garden for my wedding dress because my aunt got hers there and said they where amazing ! well when I went to look for my dress there was something crawing on some of the dresses but that was not a big deal . Pros: Nice staff Cons: Didnt have my dress till one week before wedding and still wasnt right more
