do not rent from this company!!! Yes they are rude and talk to people as if they are dummies. And they charge bogus charges for things they shouldnt. EX. I moved in and the cabinets were a mess. But, at the time I took it to cut down on expenses. When I moved they tried to charge me $600 for them. And the house was unbelievably COLD! The heater always was out and we froze. You couldnt use the rest of the house trying to stay warn in one room. Yes one room. Then they say I owe them $680 to paint. Isnt that something they are supposed to do? There was just normal ware and tear. They took a heater out of the house and did not do a good job covering the hole up. They charged me for that. If you are in need of a house and have to go this route, please take pictures before and afterwards, keep notes on the phone calls and complete the inspection sheet before moving stuff in. Keep copies for yourself.
Pros: Cheap rentals=cheap service
Cons: cold houses, take long time to fix things, rude staff, will lie
