I have never, as a customer been so disappointed in the way I have been treated as I have with CONRAD REALTY, and the funny part about it is that I am just talking about the actual application process. I didn't get as far as having the pleasure of renting from them. The entire staff is RUDE, as if you owe them something for even applying with them. They charge you $25 bucks for you to answer the questions as THEY fill out your application. Then they put a side note that your app is good for 30days. In which they string you along for weeks without contacting you, instead thy tell you to call them back everyday, then when you call they have a list of excuses why they have not finished approving/denying your app, ensuring you that they will call you back and NEVER do. They totally lied to me on the phone telling me they have left several voicemessages in reference to the app, however I know they have not. Then they insulted my intelligence several times asking me some off the wall questions about an car accident police report, in which had not one thing to do with my application. I know I qualified, and everything matched up, but they told me I was the hold up. Whatever you do, please stay away from these people. They are crooks and need to be put out of business!!!!!! I plan to take this a step further!
