Review content:
They live up to what I was told is their founding ""mission statement"". They were reported to have listed all the things that people hate about contractors and then do just the opposite. This was proven to be eminently true. They are highly professional, courteous, friendly and accommodating. They strive to work within one's budget, taste and sensibilities. They are miraculously efficient and the job went quicky and smoothly. When there is a (rare) mistake they fix it immediately, with no run around. They run the business in a remarkably organized manner bordering on obsessive, which in the business world is a GOOD thing. Every step is broken down, explained, documented etc. A payment schedule is set up. A personal project manager oversees every last step. I am so pleased with the results. I encourage anyone thinking of renovations to contact them for a ""walk through"" and estimate. Happy in Park Slope.
