I only gave one star because i HAD to. I have a list of complaints about this YMCA. Firstly they are VERY unclear to the rules. The management says one thing and the staff says another. The pool water is YELLOW...yes i said yellow! So much urine in it you can smell urine over chlorine. Documentation is so poorly executed that none of the staff knows WHAT is really going on. They make it near impossible for a mother to work out if you have smaller children as the Yplay is VERY limited and they apply rules that I am unable to find documented in ANY YMCA policies. I am truly disappointed and will be cancelling my membership.
