Review content:
Dropped off the car for a few minor dents and an interior detail. Used the Sunday PM drop box to ensure my car would be done quickly Monday. Got no call, so called at noon. Said they had the car. At 4pm still had not heard, called, NO RESPONSE. at 6pm freaking b/c they still have my car and call again NO RESPONSE. Next morning call & leave message that I can't get to work & need my car. NO RESPONSE. My husband finally had to use a different cell to finally get KIM to answer & she was totally rude on the phone & in person. Stay away from these people. You can get the same or better elsewhere without the attitude problem. (Eventually got my BMW back after the kidnapping., but never got any apology, just a bad attitude malfunction from KIM) And had to pay over $300 for the ""honor"" of having my calls ignored and losing a half day of work!
Pros: They make their competition look great!
Cons: Won't return multiple calls, rude, kidnapped my car!
