I can not believe some of these comments...!! I took my car to a few places for pricing and these people gave me the best rate for the kind of work they do. Good that I did not read these comments before! I think they are really good at what they do and I will recommend them to anyone. more

Dropped off the car for a few minor dents and an interior detail. Used the Sunday PM drop box to ensure my car would be done quickly Monday. Got no call, so called at noon. Said they had the car. At 4pm still had not heard, called, NO RESPONSE. at 6pm freaking b/c they still have my car and call again NO RESPONSE. Next morning call & leave message that I can't get to work & need my car. NO RESPONSE. My husband finally had to use a different cell to finally get KIM to answer & she was totally rude on the phone & in person. Stay away from these people. You can get the same or better elsewhere without the attitude problem. (Eventually got my BMW back after the kidnapping., but never got any apology, just a bad attitude malfunction from KIM) And had to pay over $300 for the ""honor"" of having my calls ignored and losing a half day of work! Pros: They make their competition look great! Cons: Won't return multiple calls, rude, kidnapped my car! more

Take your car here at your own risk. See ratings on Kudzu as well if you need more information (ignore the one posted by the owner - the only one with 5 stars - I wonder why its the only one with 5 stars? Hmm..). If you are unfortunate enough go to this place, you will have the honor of being rudely greeted by the owner if he greets you at all, completely ignored by the staff, made to wait for 30 minutes before your car is even looked at and then quoted an ridiculous prices for work that they end up NOT doing. You are better off leaving the scratch on your car because they will just cover it up with spray paint. I think they do this so you are forced to come back and of course they charge you for more ""services"" to repair the damage THEY caused. Its a circus. Waste of time and money. I brought my car there due to a minor dent. It looked bad after they fixed it and they took way more time than they said they would. Take your business elsewhere.
