The ambiance is good. The food is also decent but the management and the manager are extremely bad. In fact the manager is one of the most rude managers I have seen in my entire life. We had arranged for a party and were assured of a few things while we spoke to the manager on the phone. In fact while speaking over the phone about the order also the manager was very non co-operative. And once we were there at the restaurant, we were assured a separate corner of the restaurant but were not given one. He had arranged two distinct tables for us and was very ignorant when we tried telling him to join them together atleast. Also while serving food he pushed us to get things before the appropriate time and had to be otherwise reminded several times about the things required on the table. When mentioned these things, he was very rude to one of our guests and retorted back with insulting language. The final worst part was a huge quarrel that he and his wife took up with us which converted into a literal pulling of collars by him at some of our friends who tried just telling him that the bill amount was more than promised. To top it all, we were literally pushed out of the place and told never to come back again.
