Review content:
I don't normally write reviews, but I agree with everything the previous reviewer wrote. I wish I had did some research before I went to them. I left Guerrino Dentistry in July of 2010. However they charged my insurance for services they claim was performed on 1/26/11. When I spoke with a manager (Marcus) he claimed it was identity theft. I have never heard such BS. He actually said someone made an appointment and had the work done using my information...LOL. I'm trying to picture a doctor looking at my x-rays and performing work on a different mouth. Wow, if that was the case what kind of professionals do they have over there not to notice that? I don't believe it. I advised my insurance that Guerrino commtted fraud and the money should be paid back. You know, I would have accepted it if they said it was a mistake they will correct it. But to give me BS like identity theft....OMG! Better Business Bureau here I come.......
