Review content:
The price is too good to be true! The company will not maintain the property, they keep it in extremely poor condition. But you think, ""hey the price is right""....wrong! They actually raise the rent before your eyes by charging you bi-weekly at a higher rate. It doesn't matter if there are rodents, or other vermin, holes in the ceiling and floor, abandoned vehicles in the nearly non-existant ""parking area"" or lack of basic necessities....heat, light, etc. They will not fix it, nor do they even care. BUT, if you do rent from them, take a camera and note all of the flaws before you sign anything because these people will take you for every penny! They are ruthless and what's more is they prey on the poor. The most vulnerable members of society. This is the worst rental experience I have ever had and I have lived in big cities around the world. Never before have I been treated with such disrespect and rudeness. Please, everyone, please beware of this company and tell your friends!
Pros: cheap
Cons: cheap for a reason! It's a racket and they will not make repairs and then charge you when you leave for conditions that were pre-existing.
