Yes, the wait is very long to get seated, but at one of the top mexican restaurants in Denver, what can you expect - once you get seated, they make it up to you in spades. The food is incredible! Forget your traditional mexican fare - Lola's guacamole is made AT THE TABLE with 9 ingredients being tossed in with fresh avocado.... so good I've been craving it 3 weeks later. Ambience is very hip - you feel like a jet-setter. I'm eagerly waiting to go back!
PS - if the wait is quite long, take a stroll over to the Village Cork down the street for a quiet, great little wine tasting spot.
