Chef Fader makes this costal Mexican seafood eatery an absolute must. With an informed staff, a well timed and well run kitchen, and a bar manager that knows every nuance of tequila.
Chef Himan finishes off the menu with his own special dessertsthat are truly sublime. Definite hit with the guac, cerviche, lamb, and some great snapper that so fresh it jumps from the plate.
Hopefully they'll be starting their tequila dinner tastings again soon.
