I was in need of a knew car and I searched online and there company popped up. I had my eye on a 2003 Grand Am and I was REALLY interested in it..lol I called and John told me it was still available. I was doing a trade in, and lets just say, my car wasn't in the best of shape. All I had was my trade and a x amount of cash. John (owner) was so nice, I mean I never met anyone so caring and wanting to see his customers happy. He gave me the Kelly blue book value for my trade and it was worth way less. I would totally recommend Motorcars of Lansing to anyone. I was short on cash and he even dropped the price. I have never been this happy about a car. I got a really good deal. I love my knew car and it's MINE. No car payment or anything..lol They fixed a few things in it and it was ready for me within a few hours. More car lots need to operate like him. CUSTOMERS FIRST!!! I will be back in a few years to pick up me a Range Rover..lol John you ROCK!!
