Review content:
Oval Repair was recommended to me by my brother who said they were fair to him. When my ""Service Engine"" light came on, I decided to give them a try. I brought my car in at around 10am on a day I was off work. I told them I knew not what was wrong, but I knew I couldn't fix it. I said to change the plugs too and add a oil change. The oil change was $20, but the labor to change 6 spark plugs cost me $140! They weren't sure what to do to fix my engine light so that became $210 for trial and error labor! I picked the car up and my total bill gave me sticker shock, I paid it because my car was now ""running like a dream"". Well, ""the dream"" idled extremely high, a problem it had when I first brought it in. Two days later and my ""service engine"" light was back on and so I returned it to Oval Repair to finish what they started. When I dropped it off I instructed them to ""Call if there are to be ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES"", they agreed.
Pros: Nice waiting room
Cons: No up front estimate, Charge you for inexperience.
