Fitness Advantage has been a major game changer in my familes life, when we first joined my doctor had prescribed me medication to control my high blood presure and my out of control cholesterol and i asked my Dr for another option besides the medication and he told me YOUR TO FAT AND YOU NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT THAT IS YOUR OTHER OPTION. Well needless to say after reading all the side effects of the meds i went with the option to loose the weight. I have been on a program designed by Fitness Advantage for 1 year now and i have droped major weight and lost inches and feel great. If you are looking to make a major change in you health i recommend Fitness Advantage
