I have told more than a few friends about Fitness Advantage. I think I have told all my friends, people I meet in passing and anyone who mention they feel sluggish, with no energy. I cannot thank the team at Fitness Advantage more for all they have done to improve the quality of my life. I have benefited from their physical therapy, fitness training, diet guidance and skin care assistance. They provide everything I need for a healthy lifestyle. Every person I have sent to Sylvia and Fitness Advantage has come back to thank me. It is great to have such a powerful resource available for myself and to recommend to others. more

What can I say about a place that gave me my life back? Fitness Advantage has changed me mind, body, and soul. The staff is amazing. Don't let little Leah the trainer fool you. She's tiny but she's a powerhouse and she pushes me beyond what I thought I was capable of every week. Sylvia, the owner, has been a God-send in my life. She has more heart, passion, and knowledge than anyone I've ever met. I want to be just like her when I grow up. more

Fitness Advantage has been a major game changer in my familes life, when we first joined my doctor had prescribed me medication to control my high blood presure and my out of control cholesterol and i asked my Dr for another option besides the medication and he told me YOUR TO FAT AND YOU NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT THAT IS YOUR OTHER OPTION. Well needless to say after reading all the side effects of the meds i went with the option to loose the weight. I have been on a program designed by Fitness Advantage for 1 year now and i have droped major weight and lost inches and feel great. If you are looking to make a major change in you health i recommend Fitness Advantage more

Do not go to this Gym! 7/23/2011

Do not go to this Gym! My wife and I went here and, although the staff and trainers are very capable, the owner was terrible. When we cancelled our contract, she continued to charge us even though she agreed to cancel the contract. In a time of financial hardship for much of the country, she continued her greed. Her business practices are unethical. Do not go to this Gym more
