Review content:
I went to pick up my dress the Tuesday before my wedding. The lady took me back to show me how to bustle my dress and when she turned the dress around, there was a foot-long black streak down the front of my dress. She told me they tried but couldn't get the stain out and I would just have to walk down the isle that way and not to get it dry cleaned because it would ruin the dress. I left without my dress and in tears. My fiance went back to pick up the dress and took it to Reid's who got the spot out and saved the day! I didn't have to walk down the isle that way afterall!!!
Pros: Good Parking, Good Selection
Cons: Poor Service, Not accomodating
