Great... Nice community, looks good, friendly people, clean and safe. Homes don't look like 'trailers'. With the siding going to the ground (i.e. no skirting) the homes look and feel like houses and not like trailers. Most of the old homes now have siding that has replaced old siding and skirting. Only a few left to be brought up to standards. I feel like I live in a neighborhood with houses, not in a manufactured home community. This is the best looking park I have ever seen. The lot rent seems high, but remember... it is in the Washington DC metro area. Everything is high in the DC metro area.
