Great... Nice community, looks good, friendly people, clean and safe. Homes don't look like 'trailers'. With the siding going to the ground (i.e. no skirting) the homes look and feel like houses and not like trailers. Most of the old homes now have siding that has replaced old siding and skirting. Only a few left to be brought up to standards. I feel like I live in a neighborhood with houses, not in a manufactured home community. This is the best looking park I have ever seen. The lot rent seems high, but remember... it is in the Washington DC metro area. Everything is high in the DC metro area. more

Rip off 12/1/2010

This community requiers a monthly fee just to put your trailor on the property. Little is done about pot holes or anything else. Once your here you can forget about selling. Nobody looks past the monthly lot fee. more

It is a good place for first time homebuyers. You do not own the land, but you own the home (essentially a doublewide). On top of a mortgage, you will need to pay the land fee, since the company that owns the land must pay the real-estate taxes, and will take care of the grass et al. But overall, some of the older trailers could use some work, and you may want to find an updated division, but I believe that it is certantly a good and economical choice to consider. Do not live here if you have a dog, more than one car, any family that may visit you for more than 14 days or may stay with you for a brief period of time if they're down on their luck, taking a vacation longer than 30 days, enjoy privacy, don't like having to avoid kids in the street late at night, pot holes, inadequate parking, dislike hypocrites, and that is just to begin... Pros: Same sun, Same Moon, Same Sky Cons: Office staff that lie, Too many pot holes, Neighbors on staff more
