I have NEVER been to a business that treated the customer so rudely. When I asked how many skeins of yarn were needed to make a scarf that was on display, the younger woman at the counter acted like it was a major imposition to stop doing her paperwork and help me. The other older woman was even surlier. This is NOT a place to go if you want friendly customer assistance. This establishment is most definitely for people who think they are opulent. If you are fortunate enough to be considered for that click that hangs out there to knit, only then will you will be welcome, otherwise you will be treated as an unwelcome intrusion. If they were the last yarn shop on the planet, I would NOT ever go back there.
Pros: the highest priced skeins in OKC
Cons: the clerks are very unfriendly and rude
