I have gone to this yarn shop for about a year now. The selection in great and the prices are very fair. Yes they do carry some very expensive yarn but its not over priced and that is the key. All the more common yarns and very reasonably priced and I love that if I want to make a really nice gift I can choose one of the luxurious yarns. I have always been helped by everyone in there and I am not in with their crowd. I don't go to the knitting nights or anything like that. I am a stranger to them and they have always been very kind to me. It s a great business that OKC is lucky to have more

I have NEVER been to a business that treated the customer so rudely. When I asked how many skeins of yarn were needed to make a scarf that was on display, the younger woman at the counter acted like it was a major imposition to stop doing her paperwork and help me. The other older woman was even surlier. This is NOT a place to go if you want friendly customer assistance. This establishment is most definitely for people who think they are opulent. If you are fortunate enough to be considered for that click that hangs out there to knit, only then will you will be welcome, otherwise you will be treated as an unwelcome intrusion.
