Review content:
Somewhere along the lines they changed their rules on how much garbage they will pick up. Now, if I have even one small extra bag they will leave it in my yard (despite the fact that many times I have much less than the maximum but still pay them the same). So not only do I have my regular amount of garbage, but I also have extra that will continue to pile up. They say they will take it occasionally if called first. However, we called and got preapproval for a large item that has now been sitting there for more than two weeks. What are we supposed to do with the extra garbage? I am through with this company.
