SO...I was talking about being homesick and one of my friends suggested I visit Miss Peaches. Well...I have been here twice and am in LOVE!! Originally from Arkansas, it is hard to find good southern cooking out here...but I definitely found it at Miss Peaches. It feels like you are sitting in your momma's kitchen and you can't beat the sweet tea in mason jars!! Everything I have had is delicious. My favorites are the fried catfish (w/ plenty of hot sauce), string beans and the yams!! Oh and the cornbread muffins are great! The Red Velvet cake is WONDERFUL but nothing compares to the Gooey Butter cake!! SOOOO YUMMMMY!! Will definitely be back again...again....and again!!!
