well, i have just been to this office for the first time, and i have to say the dentist is SO WONDERFUL...very easy to talk to, showed me that I was the priority and explained everything to my understanding, and when i had a question, I was shown pictures of my own teeth so i could better understand everything. They also did a before and after digital picture of my teeth which they didn't charge for, very cool. Really high-tech place. Also, the staff is really pleasant, and easy to talk to. My first appointment did take about 1 hour.. but i had to fill out paperwork and x-rays so I expected it. They did a full exam and told me everything that i needed. Actually was a much better report than I expected b/c it's been a long time since seeing a dentist. The gentleman in the front was very helpful -- he had already found out all my insurance information which made my talk with him easy. I found out what i needed to pay and he offered me different payment options so i didn't have to pay it all at once. they scheduled me to come back to start within a week so i don't even have to wait that long. Thank you again for everything and i will definitely be recommending this office to everybody i know.
