Review content:
An amazing bike shop, much better than the ""Big Shop"" in Richardson. The owner is there everyday and took his time to talk with me when I walked in the first time and told him I want to ride but I am a cycling dummy. He walked me through the bikes as well as the equipment I would need and I never felt a sales pitch, just a willingness to help. I am going to be shopping there until he closes and hopefully that's not for a long time. Approximately 10 months after going in the first time I bought my bike and he remembered me every time I walked through the door and he was always smiling. I love it and can't wait to ride. If you need a bike go see Jeff at the Hub.
Pros: Excellent service, remembers his clients and willing to take his time with a newbie!
Cons: Small shop and I fear he may loose out to the big box shops.
